Drake Completes Ice Bucket Challenge, Nominates Beyoncé

In what seems to be a new celebrity internet movement, people all over the world are pouring buckets of ice water over there head in order to raise awareness and funds for Lou Gehrig’s disease, or its scientific term, ALS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in what is called the Ice Bucket Challenge. There are 30,000 recorded Americans who currently are suffering the disease, and on average, after diagnosis.

Drake fanpage @WordOnRd tweeted the picture that has gone viral immediately.

Within a month, millions of people have completed the challenge and surprisingly even some celebrities have joined in, including Jimmy Fallon, Tyler Perry, Justin Timberlake, Oprah, and now the newest member to join the crave, Drake.

Either you complete the challenge and pour the bucket of ice water over your head, and post the video doing it on social media and possibly donate for the cause while nominating others to do the same while having 24 hours to respond.

Tonight, during Drake’s stop in Pittsburgh during the Drake vs. Lil Wayne tour, he completed the challenge on stage (left). Lil Wayne had no issue dumping a large bucket of ice water over Drake’s head. To make things even more interesting, he nominated… Beyoncé! Now this may be an interesting one to watch out for… Will Beyoncé complete the challenge, donate the money, or just flat out ignore Drake? 24 hours we will have an answer!
