X-Men spinoff ‘Deadpool’ announces release date
Fans can begin the countdown for the X-Men spinoff Deadpool to be released in theaters.
Deadpool is a Marvel character who has multiple powers including the power to heal at an extremely quick pace.
Tim Miller is set to be the film’s direction while production will be Twentieth Century Fox and Marvel Comics. Production is planning on releasing the film on February 12, 2016.
Although there has been no confirmation on the actors chosen for the anticipated movie, Ryan Reynolds, who played Wade Wilson (above left, who is also known as Deadpool) in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, is rumored to be playing the main role.
Reynolds recently told the Niagara Falls Review,
“The movie has been in a state of limbo for a while. There was such an overpowering reaction to the footage, you sort of feel like, ‘Oh, so we weren’t crazy for our reasons for loving this character, for loving this role.’ It’s interesting to see the power of the Internet. It’s awe-inspiring, actually.”
Hopefully Reynolds turns out playing the part.
