The premiere date of the Argentine family comedy ‘Underdogs‘ has been pushed back to April 10, 2015 (after originally being announced an air date of Jan. 15). It was also announced on Oct. 14 that pop sensation Ariana Grande, 21, would be joining the cast marking her movie debut.
Mathew Morrison plays Jake, foosball player challenged by his love for Laura, who is played by Grande.
Also starring in the film Katie Holmes, Nicholas Holt, and Saturday Night Live‘s Bobby Moynihan.
“This talented cast takes our script and enhances it, with brilliant improvisation and wonderful chemistry,” said The Weinstein’s Company’s co-chairman Harvey Weinstein. “I’m so proud of these super talented actors and comedians.”
‘Underdogs’ is set to premiere on April 10, 2015.
