Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow Hit Photographer… But Were They Framed?

This one is a little messy.

Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow spent their Sunday night with their two children at Giorgio Baldi Restaurant in Santa Monica, CA.

Once leaving the restaurant’s parking lot, Chris Martin allegedly hit a photographer with his Jeep, according to TMZ.

But wait… the whole incident was photographed from across the street. However, TMZ says, “The photog who took pics of the accident was standing across the street. It’s unclear why a cameraman would be so far away, because there was a clear shot of the family from the restaurant side … right on the sidewalk. In fact, 3 other photos were perched right there.”

Here are some pictures from the photographer waiting across the street (who coincidentally has worked with the man who got hit!) Click on any photo to enlarge it.
