Justin Bieber will no longer be taking any pictures with fans any longer… so he says.
Bieber took to the gram to vent to his 67 million followers basically the frustrations of being a celebrity.
“If you happen to see me out somewhere know that I’m not gonna take a picture I’m done taking pictures. It has gotten to the pint that people won’t even say hi to me or recognize me as a human, I feel like a zoo animal, and I wanna be able to keep my sanity. I realize people will be disappointed but I don’t owe anybody a picture. and people who say “but I bought ur album” know that you go my album and exactly what you paid for AN ALBUM! It doesn’t say in fine print whenever you see me you also get a photo.” -Justin Bieber
Some fans responded in a polite manner however, some fans felt Justin was not being appreciative towards his fans. He screenshot one of the comments a fan left him and was quick with the clap back.
Braekess you are so right btw your Instagram name is fire. Years ago it was impossible to even take a picture at anytime not everyone was accessible to a camera now everyone has a camera phone and Now it's just a different thing. If you think setting boundaries is being a douche I'm the biggest douche around but I think it's smart and will be the only way I last. I wanna enjoy life and not be a slave to the world and their demands of what they think I need to do!! I love the fact that I am able to make people happy but cmon if you truly were in my position you would understand how tiring it is ( boo hoo Justin get over it) I'm going to keep making decisions I feel are fit for my growth and no human being will make me feel bad for it.
He’s technically right, he does not owe his fans anything. Even the ones who buy his albums, he does not owe them anything. But that is what being a celebrity is all about and that is what sets certain celebrities apart from other celebs. Doing special things for your fans once in a while such as signing an autograph or taking a picture is really not that hard, but I understand when it happens all the time it can get a bit frustrating and scary at times. No, it does not need to be an everyday activity but to say you’re done all together taking pictures with fans, that’s a bit selfish. You are nothing without your fans Justin.
Do you think Justin owes his fans anything when they see him in public? Or do the Beliebers need to chill out?
